Guess who came to dinner?!

No, it wasn't Sarkozy. Or anyone else famous for that matter. But Chen-- the Chinese exchange student who lived with my family before I got here-- stopped by for a meal. It was a lot of fun. When he arrived, he knew barely any French and a few words of English. Holy Crap!!! And his luggage was lost in Moscow for a month. He is super brave and really good-natured.

It was fun talking to him about his life here. He thought I spoke French really well, which made me proud. He's moving to Paris with some friends later this week to continue his adventure.

Seeing him go made me think, "Wow, I only have 4 more months left here..."

I teared up a bit.

I am really going to hate saying goodbye to my host family.

Anyways, that's my brief update.

Don't expect 2 posts in one day very often. This is a rare occasion. Look forward to Rousseau tomorrow.
